Regarding cancellations made after booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- 20% of the total amount

- From 2 weeks to 3 days prior to the booking date:
- 50% of the total amount

- From 3 days prior to the booking date up to the day of the booking:
- 100% of the total amount
- ※Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted in the above timeframes. ※Any cancellations received after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. ※For reservations made through hotels, if the customer does not arrive on time, the cancellation fee will be charged to the hotel. Therefore, we recommend using our service only when it is possible to charge the cancellation fee directly to the guest room.
