Service Details

Tasks Performed by the Babysitter (Examples)

  • Meal Support: Bottle-feeding, assisting with the child's prepared meals, and providing hydration.
  • Hygiene Care: Diaper changing and toilet assistance.
  • Relaxation Time: Support during naptime or bedtime.

With the child's safety as our top priority, the following services are not provided:

  • Meal Cooking
  • Bathing Assistance
  • Room Cleaning or Laundry
  • Medication or other medical procedures (However, please feel free to discuss emergency situations with us).

Key Daily Schedule

  • シッター到着
    Sitter arrives at the accommodation.
  • ミーテイング
    A brief meeting with the parents takes place upon arrival, lasting approximately 10 minutes.
  • 保育開始
    Childcare begins:
    We provide childcare tailored to the child's age and interests.
  • 保育終了
    Childcare ends:
    When the parents return, we submit a childcare report.

Preparation Request

Please prepare your child's meals in advance.

Make sure to provide milk and baby food.
While hotel room service is available, we cannot take your child to a restaurant.

Please prepare the necessary items for us to provide our service:
  • Stroller or baby carrier (if used in daily life)
  • Child's meals, snacks, and milk
  • Favorite toys or books
  • Change of clothes as needed
  • Extra diapers and clothing
  • Outdoor items like jackets and hats

    All equipment provided by Travel Nanny is regularly cleaned, disinfected, and adheres to strict safety standards.

Cancellation Policy

Regarding cancellations made after booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Up to 2 months prior to the booking date:
    Free
  • From 2 months to 1 month prior to the booking date:
    20% of the total amount
  • From 2 weeks to 3 days prior to the booking date:
    50% of the total amount
  • From 3 days prior to the booking date up to the day of the booking:
    100% of the total amount
  • ※Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted in the above timeframes. ※Any cancellations received after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
